- f there is excess occupancy, Jasmine Orange B&B reserves the right to refuse to check-in and charge the room rate on the same day as the loss for that day. This is an specific statement.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the room and pets are not accepted.
- Please jointly cherish all belongings in the room. If there is any damage or unauthorized removal of the goods, the offender will be punished according to local law.
- Please check in according to the number of room corresponding to the type of room. If you need to add someone, please inform in advance and ask for permission. If you temporarily add or falsely report the number of people, we will refuse your stay.
- If the door key is lost accidentally, the replacement of the new door lock will be charged
- There must be no other legally prescribed illegal activities. The offenders will be punished according to local law and will be forced to check out.
- Do not destroy the room interior facilities (such as furniture, television ... etc.) Otherwise, the compensation will be required according to price
- If there is any violation of the content of the above tenancy agreement, which results in the loss of the owner, you must pay for the loss of the owner.

※ Room change or date change must be completed within 20 days before check-in. It can only be changed once. Except this rule, house change will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund instruction
- Cancellation on the day (the first 24 hours) is based on the official website check-in time 16:00. The deposit will not be refunded. For details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
- 1 to 2 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 20%. For full details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau 3. 2 to 3 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 30%. For full details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
- 4 to 6 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 40%. For full details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
- 7 to 9 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 50%. For full details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
- 10 to 13 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 70%. For full details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
- 14 to 365 days prior to cancellation, the deposit will be refund at 100%. For details, please refer to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
